Beginners workshops
Thought about keeping honeybees yourself but don't know where to start?
The Norfolk Beekeepers' Association are holding a Beginners' Workshop aimed
specifically at those who are interested in keeping honeybees and want to know
more about bee keeping.
Our afternoon will start with a presentation detailing the life and activities
of the
honeybee. Following this, a coffee break, during which you will have the opportunity
to see various items of beekeeping equipment and talk to beekeepers. We will
then
move to the Easton College apiary where we shall open beehives and you will
be
able to get a close up of bees at work.

Time: 2 pm to 5.30 pm approximately
